The interior spaces of the ground floor include a large bedroom with a double bed and next to it a fully equipped kitchen with a built-in table and a dishwasher. It also includes a large living room for 4-5 people, from which the second bedroom (with 2 single beds) stands out with a special screen. In the bathroom you can enjoy your hydromassage. Outside your front door, there is your personal wooden dining table for your meals, as well as your personal bamboo sitting room, from where you gaze out over the Ionian Sea and the islet of Panagia. The first floor of the villa includes a king-size bed, a fully equipped kitchen and a spacious bathroom with a washing machine. Exiting the balcony door there is a terrace with a bamboo seating area, where you can enjoy your coffee with a view of the Ionian Sea, the islet of Panagia and the swimming pool.

Finally, the outdoor areas consist of a 1 acre garden with many terraces of lush vegetation, one of which has a three-seater swing. In the same area is the swimming pool (separate for adults and for children) with a very wide space for umbrellas, sunbeds and tables for 2 seats. The pool has an overflow system, which means that the bather does not lose an inch of the magnificent view towards the sea and this is the reason, after all, that one has the feeling of swimming in the sea.
